H.M Cabinets (HM CABINETS PTY LTD) All good/s and/or service/s provided by H.M Cabinets are bound by these terms and conditions
Acceptance
H.M Cabinets reserves the right to refuse or accept any job at their discretion without notice to the client.
Payment and Credits
H.M Cabinets requires a 50% Deposit prior to commencing work, releasing any goods or providing any services, the balance hereafter must be paid within 30 days after the issue of a complying tax invoice by H.M Cabinets. Any deposit/s and payment/s are non-refundable after payment, unless an excess payment has been made where a refund can be processed or the excess amount can be used as credit for future purchases within a 4-month period after payment. In the event where an overpayment is not claimed for a period which exceeds 4 months, the amount of overpayment will become property of H.M Cabinets. Any quotations provided by H.M Cabinets are estimates only and may change after acceptance, changes requested after signing this estimate, may incur additional charges. Payment using our Eftpos terminal will incur a 1.5% fee for all purchases using Eftpos, MasterCard and Visa. All other cards will incur a 1.75% fee. All payments are subject to GST, we accept personal cheque, bank cheque, Eftpos and cash. Cash is subject to H.M Cabinets decision. H.M Cabinets has the right to refuse or accept a payment type at time of payment. Any Error which is made on plans or materials provided to us is the responsibility of the property owner, any costs associated with purchasing incorrect supplies and labour will be payable by the property owner.
Ownership
All goods provided by H.M Cabinets remain the property of H.M Cabinets until payment is made in full. If payment is not made within 30 days after installation, all goods must be returned to H.M Cabinets.
Property Entry
Upon Agreement of an installation date with site supervisor/owner or person in charge, you agree to allow us entry into your property, with use of Water and Electrical where necessary. All goods provided to you are the property of H.M Cabinets until payment has been made in full, In the event were payment has not been made in full for a period which exceeds 30 days after the date of invoice, H.M Cabinets will without notice to customer recover its goods for breach of the Terms and Conditions. To reasonable extend H.M Cabinets may, without prejudice to any of its other rights and without notice, retake and resume possession of goods which remain the property of H.M Cabinets, by its employees or agents, enter the customer’s premises, or place where the goods are held, without liability for trespass or any resulting damage/s.
Warranty
Warranty is subject to manufacturers own warranty. Risk of loss or damage to the Goods will pass to the Customer on delivery to the Customer’s proposed destination. Appliances provided by H.M Cabinets are based on manufacturer’s own warranty. Warranty by H.M Cabinets is subject to material selection, any warranty provided by H.M Cabinets will be shown on invoice provided by H.M Cabinets.
Selection
After providing H.M Cabinets with colour, material or structure choices either by phone, email, in person or by signing a ‘Quotation Form’ you agree that Colour selections are correct, Appliance serial numbers are correct, all details provided are correct and up-to-date and Any changes made to Quotation after 24 hours may result in further charges being made. You agree that all plans and materials provided to H.M Cabinets are up-to-date and all information is correct, any information provided on plans or materials provided to us which is incorrect is owners responsibility.
Communication
Appliances specifications provided to H.M Cabinets is sender’s responsibility for sending the correct information. Any Changes requested within 24 hours after selection form is complete may incur additional charges for excess material and labor.
Privacy
H.M Cabinets may photograph cabinetry and other goods at the time of installation. Any photographs taken by H.M Cabinets are for proof of delivery and may be disclosed. Photographs taken become the property of H.M Cabinets. For privacy purposes photos will not include people, excess surroundings or other personal belongings. Photographs will not be used for promotional, website or advertising purposes without the consent from property owner or person in charge at the time of installation.
